Role Purpose & Key Accountabilities

• Effectively manages project teams to deliver consultancy services
• Delivers consultancy services that exceed client expectations and maintains Coras’ awesome reputation
• Develops and nurtures relationships with our clients to become their trusted advisor
• Consistently upholds and promotes Coras’ values and delivery principles
• Fosters an enjoyable, collaborative and inclusive working culture
• Responsible for the delivery of Business Development and Business Management subfunctions
• Supervises and mentors junior personnel, in order to facilitate their personal growth

Experience / Qualifications

• Experience in management and leading projects / teams
• Experience in delivering consulting services in our target markets (or similar industries)
• Regarded as a practitioner in one of our service delivery areas
• Tertiary qualification and/or professional body certification
