• Effectively manages teams to deliver solutions to complex challenges
• Delivers high level consultancy services that maintains Coras’ awesome reputation as our client’s consultancy of choice
• Develops and nurtures enduring relationships with our clients
• Consistently upholds and promotes Coras’ values and delivery principles
• Fosters an enjoyable, collaborative and inclusive working culture
• Assists with the establishment of Coras’ business objectives
• Shares knowledge through collaboration, storytelling, coaching and lessons learned
• Supervises and mentors Senior Consultants and Managers, in order to facilitate their personal growth

Experience / Qualifications

• Experience in management and leading complex projects
• Experience in leading the delivery of consulting services in our target markets (or similar industries)
• Externally recognised as an advanced practitioner in one of our service delivery areas
• Tertiary qualification and/or professional body certification

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong work ethic, takes initiative and delegates effectively

• Represents Coras externally in forums and networking opportunities
